John Holiday drops out of Chris Cornell film

John Holiday drops out of postponed Chris Cornell film out of respect for the family.
"Initially I was approached to do the project with my production company, and I loved the idea and the message. I had lost family to suicide, it was a very hard thing for us.  After realizing that the Cornell family was probably not healed enough for any of this picture, I backed out."
Holiday goes on to say he was considering directing the film after speaking with Cornell's mother. He simply doesn't want to do anything the family isn't a part of.

Holiday prepares for a comedy titled "F*ck You Katt Mars", based loosely on true events of the 80's glam metal scene and the Sunset Strip.
